(Re)cycle bike match coordinator | part-time seasonal
The (Re)Cycle Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and implementing all aspects of the (Re)Cycle Program within three counties served by The Cycle Effect. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about sustainability, community engagement, and empowering individuals through access to transportation and outdoor activities.

Empowering young women through mountain biking to create brighter futures and build stronger communities on the Western Slope of Colorado. We operate in Eagle, Summit, Mesa and Routt counties.
The Cycle Effect works to provide young women equal opportunity and access to the sport of mountain biking. We aim to serve 70% of athletes who identify as Latina and/or Black, Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC), and we work to remove financial barriers while supporting social-emotional well-being for our athletes.
