Trail Building with VVMBA

This past Saturday AM we had the pleasure of working with organizations from around the state to help build a new multi-use trail in our backyard.  Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado and the Vail Valley Mountain Bike Association were the main driving force behind the project, we were just there to lend our brute strength and big muscles.

As the leader of a group like this, I am always a little nervous right before we showed up because I want our group to have a good turnout.  Well we certainly had one.  Except for the girls that were out of town, we had a full team out getting dirty and giving back to the biking community.  Below is a map of where the trail will be, it comes down from Wildridge in Avon, CO.  It flows down to the valley floor and connects to the Avon-Singletree Connector trail best pills to lose weight.

The trail is not finished yet, but when it is, it will be a great addition for the riding around here.  Here is our day in 90 seconds:
