I ride bikes because... it's really fun and great way to explore nature and get fit.

In 10 years, I wanna...  be riding my bike all over the place.

If I was stranded on a desert island and could bring 2 things, I would bring... Food and Water, duh.

My favorite thing to do is (other than riding my bike, of course)...Swimming, running, Nordic Skiing

My favorite part of  The Cycle Effect is... that it is such an awesome atmosphere, there are girls learning to ride bikes and are even excelling at these tasks that are thrown at them. I also love how encouraging and amazing this program is. It pushes us to our best ability and helps us gain new and helpful skills.

Some of the hardest parts of  The Cycle Effect are... that we all have a commitment to the team, and yet it can get challenging, and sometimes frustrating. We may not want to go to practice, or work hard, but through dedication, excellence is found. This proves that through struggle we can still persevere, and not give up on the team.

The most important things that I have learned from being a part of The Cycle Effect is... to be grateful for what you have because we are very fortunate to have been supplied with bikes, kits, shoes, helmets, and many other things. I have also learned that to be great at something, it takes a lot of hard work and commitment.
